At grewio , customer satisfaction is our priority. As most of our LED Light Boxes, Sign Boards, and Branding Solutions are custom-made according to your specifications, returns or refunds are not accepted once production has started. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos of the issue. After verification, we will provide a replacement, repair, or refund where applicable. Standard non-custom products may be eligible for return within 7 days if they are unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
